Monitored quality -
From production through to delivery
We make no compromises when it comes to the quality of our solar modules: From the selection of raw materials needed for production, through to manufacturing facilities in accordance with the latest industry standards and down to the final quality control of the finished product. We produce the highest possible quality at low costs in order to be able to offer our clients an optimum cost/benefit ratio.
Production
The production facilities used to manufacture our modules have an ISO 14001 certified environmental management system. In this way, we ensure that even the process of producing the solar modules does justice to the environmentally friendly and gentle philosophy of renewable energies.
The materials used and the procedures are identical in all production facilities in order to achieve a uniformly high level of quality. Innovations are constantly realised and implemented under the guidance of our technology department on site. The individual manufacturing stages are implemented directly on site in accordance with the specifications of our production management which enables the implementation of client wishes.
Certification
We subject our modules to regular, additional measurements and quality controls such as electroluminescence tests, long-term UV testing, steam/heat testing, load tests, temperature tests, performance measurements under STC and part load behaviour, insulation measurements and spectral sensitivity. These regular, additional measurements and tests are only carried out by the TÜV in the Rheinland region or by other accredited test institutes. Our test specifications are often higher than the levels demanded by currently applicable standards.
Quality control
The production of our solar modules is constantly monitored on site. Every delivery in Germany is checked again and the performance capability is randomly sample tested. For this reason, we are able to offer a product guarantee of up to five years, and we guarantee the performance of our solar modules for up to 25 years, although the average life-time is considerably higher.
