The greatest effectiveness with network independent photovoltaic systems

An island system (also referred to as network-independent, self-sufficient or off-grid system) is a fixed installation or mobile photovoltaic system implemented without a connection to a nation-wide public power network, usually in locations where this connection is not possible or not economic. Thus, objects such as garden sheds or caravans, or even entire regions, can be supplied with power without access to the public power network.

Unlike conventional island solutions operated, for example, using diesel generators, a PV photovoltaic island system has a number of considerable advantages: The sun supplies the power, free of charge and is available all the time. You do not need fuel and power is produced without noise and without producing environmentally damaging by-products or exhaust fumes.

An optimum system design and the perfect coordination of the individual components with each other is a difficult task, but it is one for which we are happy to offer competent advice! We would be pleased to create an offer that is tailored specifically to your individual requirements. For more information, see the excerpt below which is taken from our product portfolio.

The functionality of an island system is explained in a video which we have made available to you on our multimedia page.
